• Our ceramic pieces are handmade and may feature a combination of glazed and raw, bisque-fired surfaces. Due to the natural porosity and artisanal finish of these materials, gentle care is recommended.
   
• To care for your piece, gently hand wash. We do not recommend dishwasher use, soaking, or abrasive cleaning products, as these may affect the finish over time.

• We currently ship to all major cities and most regional areas across South Africa. Unfortunately, some remote or rural farm locations may fall outside of our courier network or incur extended delivery lead times. If your area is affected, our team will contact you directly after checkout to discuss available options.
   
• Lead times vary by product, but most orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days from purchase approval. If an item is on backorder, this will be noted on the product page and during checkout. Please note that backorder dates are estimates and may shift slightly depending on production timelines.

• Each Hunter & Snow piece is handmade in small batches and carries the quiet marks of its making. Variations in texture, tone, glaze, shape and finish are part of the character of the piece and are not considered faults, but rather evidence of the human hands and natural materials behind it. No two pieces will ever be exactly alike. 
   
• We carefully inspect every item before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. While slight irregularities and imperfections are expected and celebrated, damages or manufacturing faults are not. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and our team will gladly assist with a replacement.

• As all pieces are handmade and approved individually before dispatch, we do not offer returns based on natural variation or perceived imperfections shown within the accepted character of the product. Product imagery online serves as a guide and subtle differences will occur from piece to piece.
