SHIPPING POLICY

At Hunter & Snow, each piece is carefully packed and prepared for its journey to you. Many of our items are handmade, produced in small batches, or packed to order, so please allow a little extra time for us to prepare your order.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During collection launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

If your order includes handmade or made-to-order items, estimated production times will be noted on the product page.

Delivery Within South Africa

We currently ship throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.
 

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Major metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional and outlying areas: 3–7 business days
     

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or factors beyond our control.

Please note that we currently deliver to major cities, towns, and standard courier service areas within South Africa. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to farms, game reserves, P.O. Boxes, or certain remote locations. If you are unsure whether your address falls within our delivery network, please contact us before placing your order.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are communicated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

Any applicable shipping promotions will be clearly communicated on our website.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@hunterandsnow.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue
     

We will assess the matter and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order. Hunter & Snow cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

Handmade Nature of Our Products

Many Hunter & Snow pieces are handmade or artisan-crafted. Small variations in colour, texture, shape, finish, glaze, or natural material characteristics are part of their unique character and should not be considered defects.
